Jednoduché, rýchle, čokoládové

Ingrediencie:

2 hrnčeky hladkej múky

¼ hrnčeka kakaa

2,5 ČL prášku do pečiva

6 PL hnedého cukru (alebo 4 lyžice bieleho)

1 hrnček na drobno nakrájanej čokolády

1 kyslá smotana

1 vajíčko

¾ hrnčeka mlieka

90 g masla

Príprava:

1. rúru rozohrejeme na 210 °C
2. v jednej mise zmiešame múku, cukor, prášok do pečiva a kakao, po premiešaní pridáme kúsky čokolády
3. v druhej mise zmiešame rozšľahané vajíčko, mlieko, rozpustené maslo a kyslú smotanu
4. riedku zmes vlejeme do múkovej zmesi a voľne premiešame (nemixujeme), kým sa hmoty spoja do cesta
5. cesto rozdelíme do 12 papierových košíčkov v mafínovej forme
6. pečieme 12-15 minút na 210 °C (čas a teplota odpovedá teplovdušnému pečeniu) – mafíny sú vtedy hotové, keď sú zhora mierne popraskané, papierový košíček je aj v spodnej časti pevný a dá sa ľahko od mafínu oddeliť
